The Process

Fact Finding

  1. Complete my Client Strategy Questionnaire.

  2. We’ll discuss your project. I’ll want to hear about your firm, what you hope to accomplish with your website, and where you envision taking your practice.

  3. I’ll create a personalized project plan for your website and, if applicable, logo design work.

  4. Sign and accept the project plan, with 30% of fees due at that time.

Analysis

  1. The web design process begins! If logo crafting services were requested, these begin as well.

  2. I’ll begin SEO research.

  3. The build process commences as your content is incorporated into your site. I’ll connect with you regularly with updates.

File the Brief (aka launch time!)

  1. Once your website build is complete, we’ll review your site together and perform edits and revisions. You’ll have up to 2 edit sessions.

  2. You’ll be invoiced the remaining project amount. After payment is completed, we’ll do a video walk-through training of how to use your new site.

  3. I provide you with receive 3 weeks of post-go-live support.

  4. If you are in need of assistance with making updates, we can discuss either a one-time project or set up an ongoing retainer.
