We Begin with a Strategy
Complete my Client Strategy Questionnaire.
We’ll discuss your project. I’ll want to hear about your business, what you hope to accomplish with your website, and where you envision taking your business.
I’ll create a personalized project plan for your website and, if applicable, logo design work.
Sign and accept the project plan, with 30% of fees due at that time.

Put the Plan into Action
The web design process begins! If logo crafting services were requested, these begin as well.
I’ll begin SEO research.
The build process commences as your content is incorporated into your site and socials get linked. I’ll connect with you regularly with updates.

Implement and Launch!
Once your website build is complete, we’ll review your site together and perform edits and revisions. You’ll have up to 2 edit sessions.
You’ll be invoiced the remaining project amount. After payment is completed, we’ll do a video walk-through with how to use your new site.
I provide you with receive 3 weeks of post-go-live support.
If you are in need of assistance with making updates, we can discuss either a one-time project or set up an ongoing retainer.

Squarespace makes it easy to showcase your business online. I build with Squarespace for the following reasons:

Ease-of-use for business owners.

It’s a platform that offers all the tools an entrepreneur needs to showcase their business online.

Squarespace offers different pricing plans depending on your business needs. From $16 to $49 per month, if paid annually. Check out their pricing plans here. You and I can chat about which plan will best suit your needs.
As a Squarespace Circle Member, my clients receive 20% off their initial annual Squarespace plan, online store subscriptions, and new Acuity Scheduling subscriptions.

Domain name. Highly recommended. Squarespace has you covered starting at $20/year.
Photos. If you want custom photos for your website, you’ll have to account for a photographer.
Google workspace. This is optional. If you’d like a business email, I recommend using Google Workspace. Squarespace has several options for setting this up through them - which I will help you with should you opt to take this route.
A Privacy Policy, and a Terms and Conditions.

Think of a domain as the name attached to the address of your website. It’s what people see at the top of the address bar, e.g., https://businessname.com. Selecting a domain that represents your website is important! It shows professionalism and gives your business credibility among competitors.
If you already have a domain, it can be used for your new Squarespace site.
If you don’t have one, no problem! Squarespace has you covered and I will help you set it up.

Prior to handing you the keys to your new site, I’ll do a walk-through with you on how to navigate the back-end of your website.
If you or a member of your team is comfortable with making needed updates, you will have the ability to do so.
If you are in need of assistance with making updates, we can discuss either a one-time project or set up an ongoing retainer.

What is web copy?
…and what if I don’t have my web copy or a logo yet?
Website copy refers to the content that will go into your website. Storytelling skills are used to draw prospective clients to you and your business, explain what you have to offer, and persuade readers to action. This “action” could look like buying your product, purchasing your course, joining your email list, etc…
You may already have website copy for your website, but if not, I have website copy template to help you develop your story!
No logo? No worries. Having a brand helps to showcase your unique business identity as shown through the use of color and image(s). It’s what makes you stand out from your competitors and memorable to prospective clients. If you don’t have a logo that speaks to the brand of your business, I can craft three, one-of-a kind logos that reflect your style and the feel you want your business to promote. These are your primary, secondary, and favicon logos.
